Tonight’s Special:
Ribeye Taco. 12 ounces of thinly sliced, 25-day aged ribeye, served on a warm corn tortilla. Topped with beef tallow-grilled onions and a decadent black truffle salsa. A perfect starter to awaken your palate and set the tone for your night.
Menu Highlights :
Tartine: Bringing together the best of Indian and French flavors, this sweet onion and mushroom tartine offers a rich, seasonal indulgence. An open-faced toast topped with melted Comté cheese and finished with a spiced tomato sauce, reduced with Madeira. A perfect blend of warmth and richness for a cozy bite.
Dry Aged Duck: For this dish, we drew inspiration from a traditional mole and asked, 'How do we make it Campo?' The result is a fusion of mole’s rich complexity with Asian flavors and techniques. Our duck is dry-aged for 5 days for deep flavor, with the legs slow-cooked to tenderness and the breast smoked to perfection, finished with a crispy skin. Paired with farmer’s market carrots, pea tendrils, and squash. A unique twist on classic influences, brought to life in every bite.
Uly & Adri’s Drink Recommendation :
Bourbon Spice: Experience fall in a glass with this bourbon spice cocktail. Hints of maple syrup bring a subtle sweetness, complemented by rich butterscotch and caramel tones from the bourbon. A zesty touch of citrus and a warm dash of cinnamon perfectly balance the flavors for a smooth, seasonal sip.
Smoked Carajillo: A twist on the classic Spanish cocktail, combining Licor 43 and cold brew coffee with an aromatic touch of smoked rosemary. A delightful interplay between sweet, herbal, and bitter notes.
