season six: campo forever

01.04.2025

There is an air of disbelief as we prepare for our first dinner of 2025. When Ulysses & I met in 2018 we never knew our passion for creating experiences would meld and evolve into a five year long pop-up experience. Through all the trials and tribulations 2024 brought us, we are feeling a sense of luck and privilege to begin Season Six with a full house. As we close out this holiday season, indulge with us just a little more before we all go back to reality on Monday…

And now for tonight’s business at hand -

PART I menu brings cozy comfort to the table, perfect for these cool SoCal winter nights. Highlighting cast iron dishes and classics, we feature options like a rich Mushroom Risotto that pairs with our signature Carbón proteins. Our Gambas + Sémola offers a Campo twist on shrimp and grits. New creations include Lobster Toast, inspired by the flavors of lobster bisque and a lobster roll. We’re also introducing a Roasted Duck Two-Ways, showcasing this favorite in a creative preparation with market vegetables.

Menu Highlights :

Lobster Toast: Inspired by lobster bisque and lobster rolls, this dish features tender chunks of poached lobster in a creamy saffron and tomato sauce. Served over a thick slice of our wood-fired house sourdough, it’s a rich and indulgent take on classic lobster flavors.

Roasted Duck: Experience duck two-ways: achiote-brined for 18 hours, with the leg slow-cooked confit and the breast expertly smoked for a contrast in textures. Paired with market-fresh vegetables like radicchio, baby squash, and carrots. Our duck is finished with a rich apricot mostarda, crafted from duck scraps for a deeply flavorful glaze.

Dry-Aged Ribeye: A 21-day dry-aged, wood-fired ribeye bursting with bold, robust flavor. This 32-ounce bone-in masterpiece is paired with a vibrant chimichurri for a bright touch.

Uly & Adri’s Drink Recommendation :

Pom Pom Margarita: A seasonal twist on a classic, featuring reposado tequila and vibrant pomegranate for a refreshing sip that keeps you coming back for more.

Carajillo: A cozy twist on the classic mexican Carajillo; cold brew shaken with Licor 43 and a hint of peppermint. This seasonal cocktail is velvety, warming, and packed with festive holiday flavor in every sip. Here for a fun time, not a long time!

As always - have a drink, share a plate, and enjoy.

- Uly + Adri
