From CDMX to Campo

A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to explore Cuidad de México for the first time. This journey left us inspired to pay tribute to its rich culture, vibrant streets, and authentic flavors.
Part II menu is a reflection of that inspiration, blending the essence of what we loved during our visit with a distinct California flair. Chef Ulysses conceptualized this menu a big question mark in mind: ‘What type of dishes would I enjoy as a guest at Campo?’ Enjoy a menu where we celebrate our favorite moments in CDMX and explore a fresh perspective on what it means to dine at Campo.

Off-Menu Special :
Taco de Lechón: A perfect starter for the night, inspired by La Once Mil taco shop in CDMX. This special features pork belly, shank, and butt slow-cooked in its own fat with aromatics, then finished in a wood oven. Served on a yellow corn tortilla and topped with a vibrant avocado-tomatillo salsa.
Menu Highlights :
Lobster Rice: A rich, comforting seafood dish inspired by Spanish and risotto traditions. This arroz meloso features a sofrito base, tender lobster, and crab chunks cooked-down in European butter, then finished in the wood oven for a subtle touch of carbón.
Dry Aged Ribeye: A 15-day dry-aged, wood-fired ribeye, rich and deeply flavorful. Served with Sauce Robert—a velvety reduction of beef jus, caramelized onion, and stone-ground mustard—enhanced with premium Baker’s bacon. Finished with a grilled bone marrow for the ultimate indulgence.
Uly & Adri’s Drink Recommendation :
Pink Lady: A romantic February special with deep red hues, light gin notes, and a touch of sweetness. This timeless cocktail is perfectly balanced with a silky foam finish.
Carajillo de Olla: A fusion of the classic Carajillo and Café de Olla, infused with warm toasted spices and piloncillo. Finished with a splash of almond milk and toasted orange zest for a rich, aromatic twist. The perfect drink to enjoy dessert!
