As our California winter draws to a close, we embraced the season’s final moments while crafting Part III of our menu. These dishes hold a special place in our hearts—a comforting embrace for chilly nights. From a French-inspired take on pork carnitas to a risotto inspired by the flavors of Borough Market in London, each plate reflects our passion for seasonal creativity.

Menu Highlights :

Mushroom Risotto: A beloved staple on our menu, with inspiration from London’s Borough Market. This rich, creamy dish features five varieties of mushrooms, each prepared with unique techniques. A fermented mushroom purée forms the flavorful base, enhanced with a hint of truffle. Served in a paella pan for an authentic Borough Market experience.

Pork Confit: Reimagining classic carnitas with a French twist, we’ve brined, slow-cooked, and confited pork in its own fat for 18 hours, inspired by the rich flavors of duck confit. Tonight, it's paired with vibrant seasonal produce, including purple and dino kale, heirloom carrots, and radicchio.

Gaucho Asado: A bold Argentine-inspired feast featuring our signature 25-day dry-aged ribeye, house-made Argentine chorizo developed exclusively with our butcher, wood fired bone marrow, and vibrant chimichurri to bring it all together.

BONUS: Ask us about a sherri luge on your bone marrow!

Uly & Adri’s Drink Recommendation :

Pink Lady: A classic recipe with deep red hues, light gin notes, and a touch of sweetness. This timeless cocktail is perfectly balanced with a silky foam finish.

Carajillo de Olla: A fusion of the classic Carajillo and Café de Olla, infused with warm toasted spices and piloncillo. Finished with a splash of almond milk and toasted orange zest for a rich, aromatic twist. The perfect drink to enjoy dessert!

As always - have a drink, share a plate, and enjoy.
